• Fourteen Honduran and Mexican immigrant workers between the ages of 23 and 49 say they worked 72-hour weeks in landscaping for two years, with four suffering injuries that required medical attention. The employer refused to pay for medical care, and none of the workers received overtime pay, they assert.

• A Honduran immigrant woman, 28, says she worked a month cleaning houses and apartments from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. She says she was paid $15 per house, far below the minimum wage.

• A 20-year-old Mexican immigrant who worked for a wireless store says $1,500 was improperly deducted from her paycheck. She also says she was sexually harassed by her supervisor.

• A 53-year-old Mexican immigrant says that he worked 13-hour days for several weeks, putting in paving stones on a commercial project, but that he was never paid anything.
